BCM constantly identifies and assesses future and current training needs, creating an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the company and ensures all employees attending are evaluated to ensure the training program’s effectiveness and success.

BCM puts safety as our highest priority and ensures all our activities do not give adverse effect to health and environment. BCM coordinates various EHS activities throughout the year for the benefit of the company and our employees. All employees are required to prioritize safety at their workplace.

BCM's continuous commitment to train our employees is reflected with our collaboration with learning institutions in and around the state of Kedah.
